We are excited to share your gifts from around campus! Include only one gift with each form submission; complete the form additional times for each gift. Submissions for the 2024 guide are due by Friday, November 15.

You can check the image size by right clicking the image file on your computer and clicking “Get Info” (Mac) or “Properties” (Windows).
